If you would like a busy and varied customer service role then you really need to look at this Sales Administrator position.
Some of your duties will include:
- Working as part of busy sales and administration team and processing customer orders
- Handling incoming calls from clients and recommendation products to suit their needs
- Taking orders from clients and inputting details on the computer system
- Tracking orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery
- Handling any order queries that arise and ensuring all issues were resolved
- Maintaining computerised database records and updating details held when needed
