Role Overview
This Marketing Executive role sits within the residential marketing team who work across a network of 90 offices, supporting both the Sales and Lettings teams. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager for London and UK Lettings; you will work with them to service the London offices within South-West London and The Parks regions (total of 12 offices).
The team are the key interface between the Savills residential sales and lettings agents and the wider marketing services such as Brand and Digital Marketing etc. Working together to positively influence and support these offices; responsible for the planning and implementation of bespoke local-level marketing initiatives that aim to drive business growth, drive brand awareness and build brand preference in their local market. You will ensure the cascade of the national marketing strategy into local offices and proactively seek out and develop marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the brand in new and interesting ways.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Executive will support the London team in their everyday activities and must be an efficient, self-starter who can multi-task with a positive, proactive and can-do attitude. It is essential that they are a confident communicator and strong administration and organisational skills are a must. Travel to offices throughout London will be required.
Supporting the marketing team and local offices with planning, implementation and monitoring of bespoke local marketing strategies spanning 12 South-West and The Parks London offices.
- Assisting with day-to-day queries from local offices, acting as the main marketing contact for the South-West and The Parks regions.
- Researching and recommending local-level marketing opportunities for each office including, but not limited to, local engagement, digital and print advertising, social media and event marketing.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with their stakeholders.
- Assist in the co-ordination and running of virtual and in-person local events, sponsorships and activations.
- Assist in the production of publications, including proof-reading/copy-checking, approval of articles, organising and checking spreadsheets, keeping to timelines.
- Assisting in the production and execution of templated local marketing material such as direct mail; from briefing designers to the creation of assets (Canva).
- Supporting and in some instances, driving, ad-hoc marketing projects across the wider marketing team, working and collaborating with The Centres of Excellence team (brand, digital, social media, design etc.)
- Reporting on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends.
- Complete administrative marketing tasks such as gathering information from multiple offices and updating pitch letter templates.
- Develop a full understanding of our marketing systems; can pull reports and assist offices in using them.
- Assist in the tracking of local marketing budgets, flagging any overspend where necessary.
- Processing and logging of invoices, in close liaison with Finance.
- Being fully involved in the activities of the busy marketing department with a flexible attitude to tasks and projects.
- Key Skills
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 2-3+ years' experience working in a similar full-time marketing role
- Degree qualified
- Experience across the full marketing mix, including traditional and digital channels.
- A positive, flexible and can-do attitude.
- An excellent team player with strong organisational, literacy and communication skills.
- Ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and agencies where appropriate.
- A meticulous eye for detail, presentation with excellent creative judgement and strong proof-reading skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Highly-organised and detail-oriented. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines whilst working under pressure.
- Team player but also able to work independently using own initiative in a busy environment.
- Knowledge and experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- A creative background with Adobe InDesign or Canva experience desirable.

You will be joining a team of 80+ marketing professionals at an exciting time as we evolve as a marketing team to support the next chapter of the business's growth agenda under the leadership of Victoria Bennett, Head of Brand and Marketing. The residential marketing team is approximately 17 people supporting London, the regions and specialist departments across residential. The team are friendly, driven and innovative, and work with multiple stakeholders and across multiple projects at once to champion high-quality marketing outputs and drive results for the business.
You will be based out of our head office at Margaret Street in London, for a minimum of three days per week. You will be empowered to balance your time effectively based on your stakeholder needs and the business objectives.
