Our client an award winning branded business based near Northampton and Milton Keynes is currently looking to hire a commercially and analytically minded Finance Business Partner.
With the flexibility to work from home, you will be responsible for supporting regional stakeholders and the senior leadership team providing/ offering invaluable support in to the commercial direction and decision making of the business. This strategically important role will require a quick thinking and spreadsheet savvy management accountant / business analyst / business partner to challenge, facilitate and influence the direction and accuracy of sales, margin and pricing, cost of sales, labour and wastage and key performance indicators for this forward thinking solutions providing business.
You will be an experienced and commercially minded part qualified / finalist or newly qualified management accountant or business partner who is a proficient user of MS excel capable of manipulating data, modeling, analysing and presenting value adding insights to the leadership team.
Key and essential to this role are proactive presentation and communication skills and a solid background in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting. Our client supports hybrid working and thus requires a candidate who can use their wider initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision.
