Empowering Learning work closely with a are currently working closely with a pool of specialist schools in Worcester who require a Teacher to work on a day-to-day basis, part-time as well as long-term and full-time placements.
The ideal candidate needs to be open minded and adaptable as many of the SEND schools we work with go from EYFS up to post-16 and Further education, The job is to start ASAP and will either be day-to-day work, long-term in the same school or temp-perm.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status qualification or instructor level.
- Experience in a SEND/PMLD/MSI/ASC/SEMH Setting.
- Have knowledge of a variety of learning styles based on the needs and preferences of the children.
- Be adaptable and understanding, a good listener able to build a good rapport with staff and students.

Your application will be subject to an enhanced child only DBS and two educational references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working in an Education Setting.
