My client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Property Finance Specialist to support our finance department. This role is integral in managing the financial aspects of our property portfolio and offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in property finance.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents related to property management.
  • Manage the invoicing process for tenants and vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger, oversee collections, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Verify and process property-related expenses, managing accounts payable effectively.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for properties in the accounting system.
  • Enter financial transactions with precision and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports.
  • Assist in preparing month-end and year-end financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organising financial documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a finance role, preferably within property finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Must have experience with accounting software D365.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, with a focus on property accounting.
