Job Description:
As a Deskside Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our end-users. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, with a focus on Windows 7, Windows Exchange, and Office 365. You will work closely with other IT team members to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 7, Windows Exchange, and Office 365.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
- Assist with user account management and access provisioning.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
- Document and track all support requests using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and improvements.
- Offer training and guidance to end-users to enhance their technical proficiency.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Deskside Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 7, Windows Exchange, and Office 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
