An Interim Director of Finance is needed to steer the financial management of a Not-for-profit organisation in Lancashire. The ideal candidate will be experienced within the Charity sector and have good people management skills.

They are looking for a Part time Finance Director for an initial 2-3 months.
Description
- Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Communicating complex financial information in an accessible way to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders.
- Liaising with external auditors and managing internal audits.
Profile
A successful Interim Director of Finance should have:
- A relevant degree, for example in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional accreditation such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- An understanding of the not-for-profit sector is required
