We are seeking a Client Services Estimator to join a bustling Print business in North Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service skills or account management experience. A background in the print industry is advantageous but not essential for candidates who excel in customer relations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing key accounts and providing estimates for print jobs as required.
  • Engaging with key customers to understand their print needs and requirements.
  • Addressing any customer service questions and queries throughout the process.
  • Overseeing customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing outstanding customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service or account management experience.
  • Background in the print industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
