Administrator - Part Time

Our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester who are a leading manufacturer in the construction sector are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business who like to keep ahead of the game, be on top of technical advancements, environmental demands and provide efficient solutions in a fast-paced industry.

To apply for this role you must be able to work Monday and Tuesday 8.30am to 5pm as the role is a job share.

Responsibilities/Duties;

  • Dealing with inbound calls and emails
  • Take and process sales orders
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding deliveries, orders, discounts, part numbers, pricing etc
  • Raise credit notes
  • Deal with queries related to carrier and delivery notes
  • Liaise with both internal teams across the group and external business partners

  • Good customer service background preferred

Salary- £24,000 (pro rata)
