We are recruiting for one of our very busy clients who have various sites around the UK.
Due to increased workload and contracts they are looking for an experienced, dynamic Project Manager to manage and maintain client relationships on site and to any given project.
The successful Project Manager will motivate and manage a team to deliver high quality projects and services with budget and timescales for major clients.
You will be working on site, directly with the clients providing a top quality and efficient service.
The ideal Project Manager will have excellent knowledge and experience of quotations for large scale projects and work.
You will ensure that the project is running in within budgets and timescales along with managing the expectations of the client and site management.
Managing teams, communicating expectations and project management to ensure team is on board for completion of jobs and projects.
Procurement of materials, supplies and equipment to ensure the works are continuous and timescales are being met
Ensure all workers are always adhering to site policies and procedures, especially Health and Safety
Important part of the jobs is that all equipment and tools are compliant and are appropriate to the jobs in hand
Management and monitoring of records to ensure work is completed to correct standards
Monitoring of health and safety and audits for the team and department
Liaison with line management and ensuring and non compliance or disruptions are reported and actioned upon immediately
The successful Project Manager will have:
- experience of running large projects from inception to completion
- have experience of costs and resource planning, excellent time management and organisational skills
- ability to work on your own but also be able to motivate and manage a team especially when working to deadlines and sometimes under pressure.
