Playfinder, powering Bookteq is a B-Corp Certified sports marketplace and booking software scale-up based in Central London that has a vision to transform access to sport globally. Playfinder enable self-service access and operations for facility operators and activity providers through our booking software Bookteq. Together, our products drive increased utilisation of sports facilities, additional income for operators, and greater social impact in local communities.

Vacancy Description:

Client Support:

  • Providing phone, email and support through ticketing system 5 days a week to our booking software clients.
  • Diagnose IT problems/faults using troubleshooting
  • Undertaking the IT processes to resolve technical issues.
  • Undertake installing relevant software and hardware as appropriate.

Customer Service:

  • Being the owner of Playfinder customer service and bookings management
  • Providing the best possible customer experience, ensuring customer queries

are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution.

Onboarding:

  • Configuring the booking system and settings to meet client needs
  • Creating Playfinder listings and mapping their facilities/spaces

Desirable Skills:

As a minimum, applicants should have:

  • 1+ years' experience in a customer service, support, or success role
  • Demonstrable high quality customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building trust with clients and colleagues alike
  • Excellent and customer-centric verbal and written communication

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours a week, 9 hours a day inclusive with a lunch break of one hour. This role will be a Hybrid Role and be a minimum of 3 days in the office.
