Role - Financial Controller
Our client, a fast-paced retail company, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and drive decision-making
- Lead commercial budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Develop and improve business models and financial reporting
- Create scenario models and offer clear recommendations
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve ROI reporting
- Support the development and implementation of new financial systems
- Lead the automation of regular reports and development of business intelligence tools
- Attend and contribute to key business meetings as a finance representative
- Manage costing processes and pricing for commodity fluctuations
- Develop financial acumen within the team and among non-financial colleagues
