They are currently seeking a Senior Digital QA Engineer to join their exceptional Product and Engineering team.
As the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of a superior and seamless experience for the members. Working closely with both internal teams and suppliers, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional quality of our digital offerings by creating quality test scenarios, test models and exploratory testing.
As a Digital Senior QA Engineer, your duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Actively engage in sprint ceremonies.
- Use your background in manual testing to identify test scenarios, create test models, and execute exploratory testing.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts.
- Raise & track software defects.
- Set up and maintain test data, as required.
- Support the QA Manager with test environment management.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders including Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Developers (internal/external) Solution Architects and the rest of the business.
- Give proposals to drive improvements in QA efficiency and maturity through processes, ways of working and tooling.
The successful candidate will have at least 5years' hands-on QA experienceacross manual and automation testing and leading the test automation efforts inprojects, whilstutilizing tools such as Playwright, API Postman Platform and JavaScript to deliver exceptional results. You will havetaken ownership of future strategy andimprovements andbuilt out and planned the test strategy from scratch for new and existing projects. Yourexpertisewill ensure flawless performance across Websites, Mobile Apps, APIs, and Payment & Customer Systems. In addition, exceptional communication skills, with a hands-on customer-centric approachisessential, especially as the role will involve working alongside 3rd party partners.
