Senior Finance Manager (Lease Accounting) - Blackburn - Permanent - Up to £67,000 + Bonus
Job Duties:
- Manage lease accounting functions including lease abstraction, data analysis, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee lease portfolio management, tracking lease agreements, and related financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare and review lease-related financial statements, disclosures, and analyses.
- Develop and implement lease accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in lease accounting or related financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
