Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other Audit Partners to manage a high-value portfolio of corporate clients.
- Lead the firm's expansion by securing new business, recruiting, training, and engaging in strategic initiatives.
- Spearhead departmental budgeting, forecasting, and strategic target setting.
- Oversee audit service delivery, ensuring deadlines, expectations, and budgets are consistently met.
- Represent the firm professionally in networking and business development efforts.
- Identify and implement value-added services for clients.

Job Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience managing diverse audit portfolios.
- RI status is desirable, but a strong commitment to obtaining it is essential.
- Proven ability to network and secure new business.
- Extensive leadership experience, with a strategic outlook on process improvement and efficiency.
