About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons and providing cover across various subjects in the absence of class teachers at a secondary school in Andover, starting immediately. This role involves minimal planning and marking, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour. You will receive training from both the school and Engage Education and will join a dedicated and dynamic team. The school is well-supported by the local community and is committed to helping all students achieve their academic and personal potential. Public transport provides the most convenient access to the school.
About You:
- Experience working with students aged 11-16
- Flexibility to cover different subjects
- Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
