Job description: We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in South Yorkshire for a period of 3 months with the strong possibility of an extension.
The client is looking for someone on a full time basis, who is able to attend the office each day.
Duties
- Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
- Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files
- Ability to use LEAP (case management system)
Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
