Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor in the Oxfordshire area to join a well-established Builder's Merchant.
Salary: Paying a basic of between £32,000 - £38,000, plus bonus.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm (1 hour's lunch). Alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm.
The Role:
- Building and developing existing and new customer relationships over the phone and face to face
- Maximising sales and sales opportunities
- Providing customers with quotes
- Following up quotes to pro-actively developing sales
- Following up sales enquiries and quotes
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Looking for new and exciting ways to drive sales
- Working within a close-knit team
- Dealing with customers on a daily basis
- Keeping Heavyside product knowledge up to date
- Continual personal development
- Huge scope for progression opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in a builder's merchant
- Strong Heavyside product knowledge
- Ability to generate sales
- Must be able to build and develop strong customer relationships
- Attention to detail, confident and pro-active
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate
