The Capability Partner role is a mix of learning & development (L&D) and HR business partnering. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure the right strategic support for the company's people.
Profile
A successful Capability Partner should have a proven background in L&D with some business partnering and operational experience, ideally from a bluechip environment.
Job Offer
The Capability Partner role comes with an attractive reward package. The salary is £55,000 £65,000 with 20% bonus, good pension and great benefits.
