Our client, a trusted landlord solicitors firm specialising in legal advice for lettings, is looking for a Team Leader to join their organisation
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of legal professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
- Assist the Head of Department with regulatory licences, insurances, and facilities management.
- Support marketing efforts to build brand awareness and attend conferences and industry events.
- Act as the point of contact for the team, fostering strong commercial relationships with key clients.
- Handle client care, complaints, and promote excellent case management practises.
- Collaborate with central support functions to provide management information and meet regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage training, including inductions, ongoing training, and special events.
- Fulfil any other reasonable duties or tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in leading and growing a team in a regulated environment. Qualified solicitors or Fellows of CILEX are preferred, with experience in residential landlord and tenant law advantageous.
Strong communication and attention to detail are critical, as well as the ability to make effective decisions, adapt to change, and prioritise work.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated leader who can positively motivate team members, while also following HR procedures and policies when necessary.
