Learning and Development/Training Coach

Reporting to the Head of HR, the Learning & Development Coach will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within the organisation, with responsibility for the training and development of team members across the global offices

Description

The L&D Coach will be responsible for;

  • Delivering inductions to new starters and supporting with onboarding for new recruits across the business
  • Delivering training courses, including but not limited to Introduction to Business Leadership coaching
  • Maintenance of accurate learning records for employees
  • Internal recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
  • Supporting with HR reporting
  • Call reviewing and analysis of calls, picking out calls that demonstrate competence to add to the I-Learning Library
  • 121 coaching
  • Support employees with use of the database and other applications
  • Assessing competencies and skills of employees to ascertain where Learning and Development support is required
  • Co-ordinating and managing matrix review meetings and annual reviews for team members
  • Liaising with managers to understand requirements on their teams for upskilling and training
  • Constant development of training programmes, including upgrading existing resources and creating new content, including updating e-learning and LMS content
  • Proactively seek ways to develop your own skills for the benefit of the organisation
  • Engage with 3rd party suppliers to keep up to date with L&D
  • Be an ambassador for best practice
  • Updating & creation of online e-Learning modules
  • Arranging whole company training sessions, online and face to face, where required

Profile

A successful Learning and Development Coach should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in design, delivery and implementation of learning/training plans
  • Solid experience in delivering 121 coaching and training at all levels, including leadership
  • Ideally experience in a fast-paced high volume target-driven environment e.g. Sales, Recruitment
  • Strong competency in LMS maintenance and training, and digital learning

  • Competitive salary range of £32,000 - £39,000 plus benefits
  • Hybrid working (circa 1-2 days at home) Office based in Altrincham
  • Part-time working will be considered
