My client, a private equity backed SaaS business operating within the entertainment industry seeks an interim Commissions Analyst for a 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate bonus and commission calculations for the sales team and resoling queries where necessary. The successful candidate will have experience of calculating commission payments and business partnering successfully with a sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Margin Analysis: Collaborate with key operational and sales teams to conduct margin analysis.

Commission Management: Manage the commission process, including calculations and monthly review of the commissions tool (Palette), ensuring it reconciles with monthly revenue.

Commissions Planning: Support the bi-annual commissions planning process.

Query Resolution: Address commission calculation queries from the business promptly and accurately.

Data Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation between three systems to ensure source data used for commission calculations is correct.

Process Mapping: Map system processes for commission calculation to streamline and enhance efficiency.

This role is offered on an inside IR35 basis and is hybrid (3/2) in nature.
