Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Compliance Monitoring Manager role on behalf of a well-established Fintech company, based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake regular compliance monitoring in accordance with the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Assist with scoping, implementing and managing second line testing to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business process.
- Identify any gaps or weaknesses in the Plan and propose remedial actions.
- Support the wider compliance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Discuss and Document all findings with appropriate management
- Follow-up management's implementation of agreed compliance actions and report all outstanding actions to the Senior Compliance Manager.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 Years Compliance Monitoring experience within Financial Services
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong understanding of the FCA rules and regulations
- Ability to access and prioritise workloads whilst ensuring goals are achieved within allocated time frames;
