Our client is a fast-growing Specialist Finance Intermediary (Bridging, Development, Portfolio Finance) who are looking for an enthusiastic and numerate Property Finance Case Manager to join their existing team as they continue to grow organically. With an extensive background in Technology and Marketing, they invest into their Advisory and Case Management team to help them build and maintain their book of clients and reward them in doing so.
You will be responsible for
- Assess loan applications from packaging through to completion
- Assist the Specialist Finance Broker team with preparing cases
- Liaising with clients, lenders, valuers and solicitors collating relevant information and updates
- Monitor case progression and pipelines
- Maintain expert knowledge of the commercial lending landscape and trends and be able to convey that expertise to clients
- Update and analyse performance and present findings internally to improve operations and marketing.
We would like to see
- At least 1 years' experience in property finance (mortgage lending or bridging/development/specialist finance)
- CF1, full/part CeMAP qualified will be preferred
- Good understanding of credit reports, KYC, AML and fraud prevention systems
- Ability to deal with a high volume workflow and be able to prioritise accordingly
- Technology-savvy with a passion for building a new, market-leading
- Enthusiastic and driven individuals able to form strong relationships.
- Professional phone manner and good written communication skills
- Organised, Articulate, Numerate and Confident and a good attention to detail.

- Generous basic salary of between £25k - £35k depending on experience
