The purpose of this role will be:
- Provide direct programme management leadership to the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme, responsible for driving delivery of programme activity Design an ambitious programme which meets the Council's ambitions to reduce inequality and develop a financially sustainable model Using their subject matter expertise, lead the analysis, design and recommendations for financial and demand modelling to support this Ensure best practice and innovative approaches are built into the programme, leading the design and development of a preventative practice model.
