Client Account Manager

The Client Account Manager is critical to the success and the reputation of the Company in the provision of good quality service and administration. It must set us apart from the relationships we have with our clients, add value, make a difference and be better than the rest of the pensions industry.

The position has responsibility for the service delivery and administration provided to the UK pensions client base.

The role holder ensures the work needed to be carried out is completed to the highest standard and within service levels.

The role holder has responsibility and accountability to ensure Pension schemes are administered accurately and compliantly by themselves and the team.

Hours of work -Monday to Friday, mostly 9-5 with one hour for lunch.
