Description
- Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure efficient processing of payrolls.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payrolls.
- Manage the monthly and annual reporting of payroll-related figures.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary payroll-related information.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related queries.
- Continually improve payroll processes and systems.
- Support other accounting and finance tasks as required.
