ERP Business Analyst - Retail trading - £40,000 - Leicestershire
My client are a retail trader who work in group buying, distribution and manufacturing. Currently going through growth they are in need of someone to come in and join their digitalisation team and help with the implementation of ERPs into their newly acquired businesses. You will work within a team of around 4 personnel and report into the delivery manager.
I am looking for someone with and ERP background and preferably someone who has some implementation experience and experience in change management environments.
Key Responbilities:
- 2-3 years of experience working in an ERP implementation team.
- Assist in the deployment and enhancement of various business solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse business units.
- Collaborate with partners to introduce new functionalities, including requirement gathering, process documentation, system configuration, end-user testing, and successful go-live support.
- Tailor business solutions to align with department-specific needs and workflows.
- Stay informed about the latest business technologies to enhance usage across the company.
- Work alongside teams to integrate various applications within the organisation seamlessly.
- Conduct educational sessions for super-users on effective platform utilisation and provide ongoing assistance to resolve user-related issues, escalating as necessary.
- Partner with technology providers to monitor system performance proactively, addressing issues, and implementing updates and enhancements.
- Work with internal or external support engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, delivering timely solutions to maintain operational continuity.
- Keep detailed records of system configurations, changes, and processes for reference and continuity.
