Learning & Development Coordinator
Location: Henley-In-Arden, Salary: Up to £38,000, Hybrid role: 3 days a week office based
Are you a versatile and adaptive learning & development coordinator who is looking for their next challenge in a company that values you as a person and not just a number?
My client is a financial services firm that has been providing exceptional services to their clients for over 14 years. They are currently seeking an individual to put their own stamp on the business and to be a good team fit. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the company's learning and development programs, along with the admin duties that follow.
Responsibilities Included:
- Coordinating and delivering the company's learning and development programs
- Conducting training needs analysis and identifying training gaps
- Developing and implementing training plans and materials
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
- Managing the learning management system and ensuring accurate record-keeping
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong experience in learning and development within a financial services background
- Excellent knowledge of learning and development theories and practices and the ability to put your own spin on things
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis and developing training plans and materials
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
