Our client a global software organisation is seeking a Sales Support Consultant to provide analysis and strategic input to their sales operations for a long 2 year contract.
Located in central London this is a hybrid role.
Skills
- Experience in pre or post sales support.
- Abiity to think strategically and provide solutions.
- Marketing degree or related.
- MS Excel, Salesforce (Tableau) & other analytical tools.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Able to analyse and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
- Suggest sales process improvements
