Due to ongoing success, they are now looking to appoint a Part 2 Architectural Assistant. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience working on exciting, high-impact data centre projects while building on your architectural knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical design, an eye for detail, and enthusiasm for contributing to projects of the highest quality.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant Role:

  • Relevant Part 1 and 2 architectural degrees- BArch and MArch.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and the wider design team to develop and refine data centre project concepts.
  • Produce architectural drawings, technical details, and specifications aligned with project requirements.
  • Assist with preparing design presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Participate in project meetings, offering ideas and technical input to support the team.
  • Ensure designs meet relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, where necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations relevant to data centre design.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about sustainable design with a keen interest in data-driven architecture.
  • Living within a commutable distance from the office with your own mode of transport.
