We are exclusively working with a market-leading legal insurance provider on the following 3 mandates:
- Legal Underwriter with a focus on Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence matters
- Legal Underwriter with a focus on Commercial Litigation matters (Insolvency & Defamation etc)
- Legal Underwriter with a focus on Commercial Litigation and Business Development
You would be joining a flourishing business, in the midst of expanding into new jurisdictions. The firm boasts a friendly and collegiate working environment where the work is done without burning the candle at both ends!
Main responsibilities:
- Analysing and assessing the merits of Injury/Non-Injury cases using CPR Rules
- Visiting and auditing clients, ensuring they are acting correctly on their matters
- Mentoring junior team members whilst working on cases
- Building and developing new and existing client relationships
This role will suit two types of candidates:
- E&W qualified Solicitor with contentious/litigation work within Injury/Non-Injury matters
- Qualified Underwriter with experience in ATE Legal Insurance
These are exceptional opportunities for qualified lawyers looking to ditch billable hours targets! The client is flexible on PQE as long as you demonstrate the desired experience.
