Charities and Not-For-Profit Audit and Accounts Manager

Role Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Charities and Not-For-Profit Audit and Accounts Manager to join their vibrant Audit and Accounts Department. You will be managing a portfolio of clients primarily within the Not-for-Profit sector, providing high-quality audit and accountancy services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a supportive team structure,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver a portfolio of audit and accounts clients within the Not-for-Profit sector, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the planning and completion of audits, leading and mentoring a team of junior staff.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and providing insightful advice and guidance.
  • Utilize CaseWare for audits and Iris for accounts preparation.
  • Assist in business development initiatives and identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
  • Support the growth and training of junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
