Summary
Dealing with all external and internal customers for Logistics, Export and Administration services, this role is an integral link between our client's internal teams and their external trade customers.
The role requires a high level of flexibility to meet the changing needs to the business.
General duties to include
- Ensuring the smooth flow of orders to the warehouse for packers, setting priorities where necessary, and chasing the release of packing information.
- Escalation of non-receipt of packaging information where required through reporting.
- Calculating and creating dangerous goods notes as required.
- Provide transport paperwork to Freight forwarders, Warehouse and Customs.
- Review available FOB stock by liaising with customers.
- Action FOB shipments including invoices, packing sheets and other shipping documentation.
- Arrange and quote shipments where required.
- Ensure all required filing is up to date and archived appropriately and in accordance with export authority regulations.
- Support internal teams with enquiries.
- Produce available to ship reports and packing information to internal teams and customers.
- Ensuring weekly reports are sent to the various teams in the business.
- Covering escalations and daily department activities in the absence of the Export and Logistics Manager.

- Flexible approach: This position may demand additional hours at certain times of the year including weekends.
