Account Manager

Day to Day of the role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Central and Northern European market to encourage growth in services.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to forecast market demand and growth.
  • Work closely with the internals teams on campaigns to drive new business and commercial growth.
  • Provide product development feedback based on client requirements and market experience.
  • Lead by example in maintaining accurate customer activity records in the company's CRM system.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients products to effectively communicate and deliver to clients.
  • Enhance company profile by attending industry events and conducting face-to-face sales roadshows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the shipping industry in commercial, operations, technical, or account development roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM system or equivalent.
