Senior Gardener
Location: Henley-On-Thames
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Senior Gardener to join a small team at a family estate near Henley-On-Thames.
The Role
- Manage and plan a variety of garden environments – including mature shrubs, herbaceous borders, rose gardens, fruit trees, indoor plants
- Assist with the maintenance of the wider estate including lawns, hedge cutting, strimming etc.
- Oversee the Assistant Gardener and plan their day to day duties
Skills and Qualifications
- The ideal candidate needs to be self motivated, trustworthy, hardworking and able to work as part of team.
- Minimum Level 2 RHS horticultural qualification
- Pa1 and Pa6 Pesticide Training preferred but not essential as training can be arranged
- Clean driving license
