Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and resolving customer queries, including complaints, delivery, and picking errors
- Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Collaborating with various departments
- Processing orders
- Following procedures for each task and process, including logging, processing, and progress checking inquiries
- Handling varied department administration tasks
Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally pressured environment
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Confident and innovative approach to work
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
