Our well-established client are recruiting for a Stores Person who has experience working within a KANBAN environment and in a bonded material stores.
Stores Person Roles and Responsibilities:
- Booking in materials from suppliers and reviewing incoming deliveries
- Controlling all raw material storage and their issue, ensuring that the production process is not interrupted
- Identify and maintain traceability of all received material
- Ensure that quality control/ inspection conditions are to the highest standards and applied at all time
- Keep Raw Material Stores to 5C standards
- Maintain quality records and documentation
The ideal Stores Person will:
- Have good experience in bonded material stores
- Experience in the aerospace industry is essential
- Have a Full UK License
- Hold a Forklift License (Advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided)
- Be IT Literate with experience using internal databases
