E-Commerce Shoot Producer

Role

The Ecommerce Producer will be instrumental in creating high-quality visual content for Stella McCartney. Collaborating with the Ecommerce team and creative departments, you will ensure seamless photo shoot execution from pre-production to post-production. This role involves identifying and meeting fast-paced brand requirements, ensuring all samples and assets adhere to demanding standards. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fashion and creative imagery are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and maintenance of the comprehensive shoot calendar to ensure asset delivery and deadlines are on track, while aligning with internal teams and stakeholders' scheduling needs.

  • Assist with pre-shoot, shoot, and post-production for all e-commerce photography shoots:

  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for shoot production.

  • Book crew, equipment, and space.

  • Manage all model casting needs.

  • Coordinate call sheets and shoot scheduling.

  • Ensure appropriate availability, care, and management of all samples throughout pre, during and post shoot.

  • Collaborate closely with e-commerce and licensing teams to develop shot lists and maintain asset accountability.

  • Ensure all brand guidelines, style guides, and photography needs meet expectations.

  • Verify that all assets meet critical technical specifications before online upload, including naming, size, and cropping.

  • Assist in enhancing and maintaining an organized image library and asset archive.

  • Liaise with the e-commerce team to provide assets for reactive online content needs.

  • Be agile and resourceful to accommodate last-minute requests.

  • Coordinate with internal product and design teams to ensure images represent accurate information.

  • Support the achievement of budget and KPI goals, ensuring necessary information is captured throughout.

  • Handle the processing of invoices, shoot expenses, and purchase orders.

  • Assist with legal obligations and processing contracts, NDAs, and usage rights

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in working in fashion shoot production with a strong understanding of the end to end needs of ecommerce photography shooting
  • Ability to be proactive, think and act on their feet.
  • Enjoy a fast paced flexible working environment.
  • Understanding of technical digital photography formats and processes and related software - Capture One, Adobe Creative suite and understanding of digital asset management.
  • Strong communication (both verbal & written) & interpersonal skills
