Role Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English SEN Teacher to join our team and work in a school located in Walsall. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will be responsible for teaching English to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to support student development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Experience working with SEN students.
- Valid Child and Adult DBS certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
