This role will see you joining a start-up and becoming only their second UK employee. Following a multi-million-dollar investment; they're now ready to ramp up their UK operations and need an Application Support Specialist to come in and take ownership of all aspects of support for their flagship (AI driven) product here in the UK. This position is integral to their mission of building a global, AI-optimised scheduling and forecasting platform.
You will come from a technical background, and have no issues discussing technical issues with stakeholders on client site (from Software Testers to Solution Architects). You'll be at the forefront of ensuring their platform meets the highest standards of reliability and customer satisfaction. You will need to be able to act with full autonomy and help with the growth of our client's business through your output.
Being the second UK employee, you'll need to be able to work autonomously and take on a lot of responsibility within the company. This role is integral to their plans for the rest of this year and beyond as you look to become part of the foundations of a global organisation.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in technical support for enterprise applications (favourably with a SaaS product), and be able to demonstrate times when you've worked closely with the clients who utilise said application.
You will need to be able to include a solid understanding of software application architecture, proficiency in troubleshooting web applications, APIs, and databases, and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role will initially expect you on client site (London) and in their office (London) 2-3 times/week with flexibility proceeding. In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £50k, plus the opportunity to grow with this client.
