The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment is delighted to partner with an international client to find a Sales Administrator to join their Customer Service and Sales team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Sales Administrator, you will work closely with the Sales Team to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and completing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in a shared inbox.
  • Coordinate product samples for both new and returning customers.
  • Source and deliver competitive quotations, providing expert guidance on product suitability.
  • Forward successful leads and accepted quotes to the sales team to initiate orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts in the internal database.
  • Oversee stock levels to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and share performance reports for senior management.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Sales Manager and the Customer Service & Sales Support team during peak times.
