Compliance Coordinator Housing

Castlefield Recruitment, are currently representing a Housing Association based in Manchester who are looking to recruit two Compliance Coordinators to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering information and evidence to support contractors' competencies in line with the agreed framework. You will be the main point of contact for supplier on boarding queries and processing/administering documents.
  • Developing an existing performance management system to ensure contract documentation remains in date and in line with contractor policies and procedures.
  • Creating a performance dashboard to review contractor documents, and will work closely with the Customer Safety team specialists to ensure risk assessments and method statements from contractors are up to date and in line with the requirements for that activity.
  • Develop and maintain system records and ensure contractor documents are stored and maintained accordingly.
  • Support the wider customer safety team with procurement activities.
  • Update and maintain operational IT and document management systems.
  • Experience with Fire would be desirable.

You will be required to work in an organised and methodical manner, with a focus on precision to ensure systems are maintained accurately. The ability to work well under pressure is essential together with a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service and team working. You will flexible, adaptable and have the ability to learn quickly.
