- Role - Machine Operative - LMC Team Member (Weekend)
- Location: DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH, United Kingdom
- Rate: £14.49 per hour (paid breaks)
- Shift: Friday to Sunday: 06:00 to 18:00, 36 Hours per Week
- Contract Length: Temp to Perm
- Site Tour: 24th October,2024 at 10.00 am
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
- Maintain consistent quality standards.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per schedule.
- Support improvement initiatives as needed.
Essential requirements:
- Safety-focused with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Team player, quality-conscious, and adaptable to multi-skilled working.
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in production or machine operation.
