Factory Based, Commutable from Hengoed, Blackwood, Newport, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Pontypool, Cwmbran, Pontypridd and surrounding areas.
£25.00 - £35.00 Per hour (Umbrella) Inside IR35
3 Month Rolling Contract (3-12 Months)
Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience working on Manufacturing / Production equipment, looking to join a specialist blue-chip manufacturer and support them on the continued smooth operation of their busy manufacturing line?
Do you have experience working in a factory environment, carrying out the reactive and pre-planned mechanical maintenance of manufacturing equipment and looking for a 3 month rolling contract where you can assist a specialist manufacturer on site Monday to Friday.
This multinational company are blue-chip specialist manufacturers of bespoke equipment for the Pharmaceutical Industry, and pride themselves on the quality of their products and are leading the way in their industry. Due to increased workload they are looking for a skilled contractor to join the team and help ensure their continued success.
Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer on a 3 - 6 month contract working 40 hours per week in a days based position on site supporting the business and providing skilled maintenance to keep the factory running at full capacity.
The Role:
- Pre-Planned and Reactive Maintenance of production line equipment and heavy manufacturing equipment
- Ensuring the equipment is functional and that any faults are reported and fixed in a timely manner
- 3 - 6 Month contract working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
The Person:
- Experience working within a production / manufacturing background
- Mechanically Qualified
