Role Overview:
As the Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams. You will work closely with the sales team to enhance customer relationships, track leads, and ensure our CRM system is up to date. Additionally, you will assist with admin tasks and contribute to the development of our marketing strategies. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction and helping us grow by delivering top-notch service while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including managing schedules, drafting communications, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track leads and customer interactions using CRM tools to ensure proper follow-up and data accuracy.
- Maintain customer records and ensure all data is up to date in the CRM system.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide product information, and help resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotes for potential clients.
- Help develop customer experience strategies and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing role, ideally within the IT/Tech sector.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- SaaS experience strongly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software and tools.
- A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- A basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the IT or technology industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to track and analyze sales data.
