Our client is seeking a proactive Legal PA to join their dynamic and esteemed Residential Development team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to Fee Earners and Partners within the Residential Development Land team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated group of professionals. The role offers 2 days working from home per week.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Fee Earners and Partners.
  • Efficiently manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, type, and produce documents with high accuracy.
  • Handle client enquiries professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Organise and update case files and documentation.
  • Prepare and update court bundles swiftly and accurately.
  • Liaise with courts, barristers, and other agencies as required.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within the Real Estate sector.
  • Proficiency in typing, drafting, and document production.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and case management systems.
