Business Analyst - Hybrid (2 days onsite)

We are working on behalf of a key insurance customer of ours, with offices in Basingstoke, who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join as part of an already established agile BA function. You will have a strong background in working with agile scrum teams and will ideally be passionate about technology and innovation.
As the Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between team members translating business needs into clear specifications. You will use your strong business and technical knowledge to ensure valuable and workable product features.
Business Analyst Requirements:
- Strong skills in dealing with both senior Operations stakeholders as well as Development teams.
- Proven experience of following Scrum (Agile Framework) to collaborate on complex products and initiatives but is also familiar with other methodologies as well.
- Strong communication skills. Capable of effectively articulating complex problems and ideas.
- Experienced in using JIRA & Visio
- Documenting As-Is and To-Be business process
- Ability to successfully own and deliver multiple projects
- Facilitating workshops
- User story management
