Location: Three Legged Cross
Salary: £24,500k pro rata
Hours: P/T hours either:- 3 full days per week or 5 half days Mon-Fri - (Mondays are a must!)

They are looking for a Part Time Accounts Trainee to join their team due to growth within the Business.
You will be working within the accounts team which has a total of 4 staff members. Their office space is open plan although it is sectioned off into different departments. It is a very busy fast paced environment so ideally someone who has great attention to detail.
Further training for AAT Levels will be support by the company.
The successful Accounts Trainee will:-
- Have A Level or equivalent
- Have a strong interest in Accounts
- Some office Experience is desirable
- Must be a people person with a positive can-do attitude
- Solid work ethic and a total focus on suppliers / customers
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication Skills - verbal and written
- Good computer skills including accounts package, MS Office, Excel and word
- Attention to detail
- Have the ability to follow set procedures
- Be able to prioritise tasks in order to work effectively and to ensure deadlines are met.
- Have a flexible nature
Job Duties:-
- Raising, distributing & factoring sales invoices
- Data Entry
- Reconciling customer and supplier accounts
- Credit Control
- Bank reconciliation and petty cash
- Assisting with Month End Accounts
- Additional Administration duties.
