Your new company
You will be joining a close-knit finance team of 6 in an established Lloyds Broker based in the City. This is a pivotal position within the company and will provide an opportunity to develop your finance skills. Based in their London office 4 days / week, you will constantly be exposed to stakeholders ranging from junior to experienced accountants.
Your new role
- Office Bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of Company Credit Cards
- Processing weekly BDX declarations for our UK marketing division
- Monitoring Aged Debt
- Petty Cash Management
- Assisting management accountant with month-end accounts checks
- Expense form checking and journalling
- IBA cash sheet processing
- A&S premium payables Monitoring
What you'll need to succeed
- AAT qualified or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Outlook) or similar software applications.
- The ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an annual salary of up to £32,000 +. Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will receive an annual bonus, and a generous pension contribution. You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team who will be there to assist with your onboarding process, and continued learning and development within the business.
